What time should I plan to arrive?
Any time. The pub is open from 11 a.m.! We suggest around 6 p.m.

Can I camp at Prescott?
Absolutely. You can camp (or park your camper van) in the Orchard from Friday to Sunday evenings inclusive. The cost is just £5 per night, no booking is necessary and you can pay any time over the weekend at the Bugatti Owners Club office at the foot of the Paddock. Good bathroom facilities including showers are available in the Orchard.
When will my tickets arrive?
All tickets, final instructions, etc. are posted out in early July. However, tickets for late entrants can be collected at the gate on the day
How late can I enter?
Entries are requested by 30th June so that tickets can be posted in good time.
What time do the gates open?
Can I turn up on the day and pay at the gate?
Absolutely. However, climb tickets to climb the hill are expected to sell out before the weekend.
Are spectators allowed?
Definitely. And at just £15 per car, including all occupants, this is a tremendous deal. Spectators have unrestricted access to the Paddock, the hill, the Bugatti Trust museum and all of the catering facilities all day, not to mention the chance to see the historic Avro Lancaster of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and other vintage aircraft that will be visiting us this year.
Can I park in the Paddock next to my friends?
Yes! We have a semi-formal Paddock layout where we park marques together, but there is plenty of space should you wish to park with particular friends.
Can I bring my dog?
We are bound by standard motorsport safety regulations, so unfortunately no dogs are allowed in the Paddock or on the hill. However, dogs ARE permitted in the Orchard provided that they are kept on a lead.
Can I buy more climb tickets on the day?
Probably not. We expect all of the available climbs to sell out before the day, but there may be a FEW available due to cancellations, etc. If you need tickets on the day, we strongly recommend you arrive early (the gates open at 9 a.m. and head straight for the Vintage Minor Register tent in the Paddock where any spare tickets will be kept.
Can I buy Evening BBQ tickets on the day?
Absolutely. We prefer most people to buy their ticket sin advance, so that we can provide the caterers with numbers, but we know from past experience that about 20% of the tickets are sold on the day. If you have not bought your BBQ tickets by the day, come to the Vintage Minor Register tent and we will be happy to help you.
What regulations? Scrutineering?
No scrutineering, but there are a few regulations, and some of these deal with noise, so please make sure your car does not have loud, open exhausts. Here are the full regulations for the day: Driver’s Rules and Regulations – Pre-War Prescott 2016.
Can children be taken as passengers up the hill?
Absolutely. What better way to introduce the next generation to our passion?!
How fast must I drive up the hill?
As fast or as slow as you like, but this is not a competitive event. Just use your common sense. Drivers considered by the marshals to be driving recklessly or with excessive speed will be dealt with appropriately.
What catering is available during the day?
The clubhouse restaurant and bar will be open all day, as will the snacks kiosk in the Paddock. Alternatively, many entrants and spectators bring picnics. It’s entirely up to you.
What time is the evening BBQ?
The evening party and BBQ at the Clubhouse begins around 5 p.m., after the hill has closed at 4 p.m. and the awards have been presented, and the bar stays open until late.
What maps will I need?
You will require OS maps 150 and 151 (any Edition) for the Navigation Rally. Scenic Tourists will require no maps as they will be provided with a Tour Handbook at the start containing explicit route instructions for the day.
What time do I need to be at the start?
Around 8 a.m. on Sunday morning for both the navigation rally and the scenic tour. We need to get everyone away by 9 a.m. at the latest.
Will there be fuel along the route?
Yes. Details will be provided on the day.
Is there a lunch stop?
Yes. There will be a pub lunch stop at midday, where a good range of meals will be available.
Where is the conclusion?
The afternoon will conclude with cream teas, results and prizegiving at Stanway House
where we will have the opportunity to witness the unique 300 foot gravity fountain in action.
Where is the Sunday evening Farewell gathering this year?
The venue for this is currently TBA.
