A dozen entries have been received in the last 48 hours as Pre-War Prescott approaches fast. These include three Alvises, three Morrises, an Austin 7 Mulliner saloon, a Wolseley Hornet (bringing their number to 7 with at east three more in the pipeline), a 1918 Essex Sports and this gorgeous 1938 Citroën Traction Avant, entered by Roderik Izaks. Roderik lives in The Hague, Netherlands and is racing to complete his restoration in time for Prescott. This will certainly be another very welcome first for Pre-War Prescott. We have also received two more Riley Roadsters entries, bringing their number to ten. These fine early post-war cars will be gathered on display in the Orchard as the Register celebrates the 70th Anniversary of the marque this year. All post-war Rileys are invited, as spectators, to join the Roadsters in the Prescott Orchard, in prime position right by the startline. The entry list currently stands at 135 pre-war, vintage and Edwardian entries and we are expecting around 200 on the day, making this the biggest and best Pre-War Prescott as we celebrate our tenth event at Prescott.
You can book your place at Pre-War Prescott by simply entering here.
We have had a number of e-mails from owners who have forgotten if they have entered or not! It’s easy to know – simply check out the Entry List – which is updated daily. Click on the link on that page to open the current Entry List spreadsheet. We would strongly encourage ALL entrants to check out this online Entry List as it details every ticket booked – Prescott entry, Saturday evening BBQ, Sunday runs and cream teas, and even whether you have volunteered on your entry form to marshal. If you spot anything incorrect in your entry, do let us know immediately in order to avoid complications when the tickets are posted to everyone in early July.
